Strawberry Banana Pancakes w/ Blueberry Ginger Butter

Brunch at Rose Water Restaurant (Brooklyn) was an absolute pleasure. The food was delicious and so were the refreshments. That’s a cucumber soda in the background. It has great outdoor seating for when the weather cooperates.

It was pretty delicious. And the vibe of the place is great. Lovely service. Well mixed cocktails. Warm, quirky decor. They also have performance spade and the calendar included jazz and burlesque. This might be a new favorite.

After the bartender experience at The Brooklyn Inn went sour, randomly found this dive that I’ve always wanted to enter. Certainly not disappointed. Drinks stronger and cheaper then any I have encountered for a while and lucked into a hipster showcase of subpar comedy talent. Win win. Might become a favorite. I’m lying. It already is a favorite.

So hit up this spot after a birthday happy hour. I like the vibe and chillness of the place. During my time I definitely heard Take 6 - Spread Love and De La Soul - Stakes Is High. Drinks were strong & cheap too. The 2nd bartender was aloof and subconsciously racist but I won’t hold it against the place. Definitely down for a repeat visit.
